The price guarantee request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date
The price guarantee request should only be made when Adoradeko.com has a higher price than the competitor and in no case later. Any compensation request made at a later time will not be considered.
You must be able to present proof of purchase from Adoradeko.com, by receipt or original invoice
You must be able to provide supporting documentation from the competitor that clearly and unequivocally shows a lower price than the Adoradeko.com price (100% identical product sales receipt/invoice).
Exceptions:
Items that are not 100% identical are not included in the price guarantee. The product must be of the same model and have the same technical specifications, including the same brand / manufacturer, the same color, the same dimensions, the same accessories, the same size, the same content, etc. - with a 100% identical product.
The price guarantee does not cover clearances, opening and re-opening offers, samples, special orders or end-of-season sale items.
The price guarantee does not cover services such as delivery, freight special offers, etc.
The price guarantee only applies to purchases made by individuals.
