General: By using this website and/or registering as a user, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Warranty: All products offered in the Adoradeko catalog have a 5-year warranty

Complaints: The end customer has 48 hours from receipt of the product to notify the distributor of any incident.

All our items leave the warehouse in perfect condition.

What should you do when you receive a package?

All our items leave the warehouse in perfect condition.

The first thing to do is check that the number of packets received matches the number of packets sent.

The second thing is to carefully check the outside of each package for signs of impact or manipulation, such as dents, scratches, holes, boxes in poor condition, courier stamps, or any other sign that suggests that the goods may be damaged.

What can I do in case of an incident? (Transportation damage, wrong product, missing product, missing parts) ?

You have 48 hours to present us with any problem that you have identified with the product. After this period, we will no longer be able to request transport insurance and our system will no longer allow us to open the incident.

In order to simplify the whole process, it would be advisable to receive as many details as possible, photos/videos, anything that will help us figure out what the problem is.

In which cases will AdoraDeko not return 100% of the value of the product?

If the product shows clear signs of incorrect use, unjustified defects or is delivered in poor condition.

If the product is returned without packaging, with damaged packaging or with shipping labels that render the packaging useless, 50% of the value of the product will be refunded.

Very Important: No returns will be made for products returned to AdoraDeko whose description of the incident is not true.

IMPORTANT:

Remember that we only accept products that have manufacturing defects or shipping errors and that have been communicated to us within the period agreed in our general conditions. The technical support team will not accept returns for defects caused by incorrect use of the product or notified outside the accepted period. Returning a product does not necessarily mean approval of a full refund. The amount to be reimbursed will be confirmed after the final evaluation by the Technical Support Team.

How long does it take to get the money back?

Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses and after checking its status, the corresponding amount will be paid to the account that you indicate. Please note that the refund process may take several weeks to assess the products received.

How much guarantee do I get?

We offer the highest quality and the best guarantee, this is our commitment to our customers. All items are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of delivery, except for refurbished products, in which case it is 12 months.

What is not included in the guarantee?

Misuse of the products.

Incorrect installation of products.

Damage done knowingly just to get money back.

Price guarantee.

If within 30 calendar days you find the product you have bought from us, we will refund the difference in a cheaper store.

Unlimited returns at AdoraDeko:

At AdoraDeko, it's easy to return or exchange a product if you change your mind.

We offer a full refund of the amount paid without a time limit for unused products (in original and sealed packaging) that are returned together with the original proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).

Keep in mind:

For the return it is necessary to present the proof of purchase (invoice or tax receipt) in original.

The amount to be reimbursed may be reduced if the returned product is not in the state in which it was purchased.
