Shipping Policy

 

Order Processing

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are considered processed and in progress.
  • All orders are processed within 12-24 business hours from the date of purchase. Once processed, shipping will occur within 24-48 hours.

Shipping Address

  • Changes Not Allowed: The shipping address cannot be changed after payment is made. If the customer has moved or provided an incorrect address, no refunds will be issued if the order cannot be delivered to the address initially provided.
  • Customer Responsibility: If the shipping address is incomplete or incorrect and the order fails to reach the customer, returns or claims will not be accepted, as this is considered the customer's responsibility.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times depend on the selected shipping option and destination. Standard delivery is estimated between 3-7 business days, while express shipping is faster. Delays caused by external factors (weather, customs) are beyond our control.

Delivery Issues

  • If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at contact@adoradeko.com with photos of the product and packaging for investigation.
  • For lost packages, allow up to 10 business days for the carrier to resolve the issue. Contact us for assistance.

Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery or an incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

  • If the carrier marks a delivery as successful and the customer cannot locate the package, the carrier’s records will be considered final. Claims for missing packages should be filed directly with the carrier.
